Measure the liquid, not the puffs
Puff counts are manufacturer lab estimates from a machine taking short, uniform draws under ideal conditions. Your draws are longer and less even, and a high-power mode burns through liquid faster — which is why the same device advertises two very different puff numbers depending on mode. The Geek Bar Pulse 2 is rated up to 25,000 puffs in regular mode and 15,000 in Pulse; the Pulse X 2 is 50,000 regular and 25,000 Pulse.
E-liquid capacity doesn't move like that. An 18mL device holds 18mL whatever mode it's in. So the way to compare how long two devices last is to compare their millilitres, then adjust for how hard you vape.
The rough math
A light-to-moderate adult user gets through very roughly 2–4mL of e-liquid a day; a heavy user, more. Those are broad bands, not a promise — your rate depends on draw length, pace, and power. But they turn millilitres into days.
On that basis a 5mL device is a day or two; an 18mL device is a week or more of the same use. That range is the real spread between the smallest and largest devices on this shelf — far more informative than the gap between "1,500 puffs" and "50,000 puffs" on the boxes.

When the liquid outlasts the battery
Above roughly 5mL, the e-liquid outlasts a single battery charge several times over — which is why every device on this site above that size charges over USB-C. Running out of charge with liquid still inside is expected, not a fault; you recharge and keep going.
The Meloso MINI is the deliberate exception: 5mL of liquid paired with a 550mAh battery so the two finish together, with nothing to plug in. That's why "how long does the pod last" and "how long does the charge last" are the same question only on the smallest device.
