The Pulse 2 holds more, and that's the life question

16mL against 12mL is a third more liquid. Puff counts make the gap look even larger — 25,000 against 9,000 — but those are lab estimates from different testing baselines, so they shouldn't be stacked. Millilitres are a physical quantity. If you want the device that lasts longer at the same usage, that's the Pulse 2.

The Pulse 2 also publishes a second puff figure: 15,000 in Pulse mode. The TN9000 publishes one number. Use the millilitres.

Where the TN9000 actually differs

Adjustable airflow. The Pulse 2's spec sheet doesn't list it; the TN9000's does. Airflow changes how harsh the same 5% / 50mg nicotine feels, which is a real daily difference rather than a box claim.

A named 0.96" HD display with e-liquid and battery-life indicators, plus vape and charging animations. The Pulse 2 has a dome readout for battery, mode, and e-liquid too — both devices tell you where they stand — so the screen is not the fork. The fork is airflow and the flavour list.

Where the Pulse 2 wins

More liquid, a larger battery (800mAh against 650mAh), dual mesh against mesh, and two power modes. Regular and Pulse are the Pulse 2's draw styles; the TN9000 does not publish modes.

Both charge over USB-C. Both are sealed, so a flavour change is a new device either way.

The honest summary

Buy the Pulse 2 if you want the most liquid, two power modes, and dual mesh. Buy the TN9000 if you want adjustable airflow and the RAZ flavour list. Don't pick either one from the puff count on the front.
