Non-rechargeable isn't a downgrade here
The Meloso MINI pairs 5mL of liquid with a 550mAh battery, and those two run out at roughly the same time. That's a coherent design: there's nothing to charge because there's nothing left to power.
The Pulse 2 puts 16mL behind an 800mAh battery, so you'll recharge it several times before the liquid is done. That's not a flaw either — it's the only way to sell 16mL in a pocketable object — but it means owning a USB-C cable and remembering to use it.
One of these devices asks nothing of you. The other asks for a cable.
