Do I need this, or just the Classic Cube pod?
This, unless you already own an X-Cube body. The pod alone can't finish its own 18mL on a 100mAh battery, so buying it first means buying this kit second — $32.98 instead of $18.99.
What do I buy once this runs out?
A Classic Cube pod at $14.99. You keep the body and replace only the pod, which is the whole reason this kit is cheaper to live with than a sealed disposable.
Does it charge over USB-C?
Yes. The body is 1000mAh with USB-C charging and a smart screen. No cable is listed as included.
How is this different from a sealed disposable?
What you throw away. A sealed disposable bins the battery with the liquid; here the pod comes off and the 1000mAh body stays. Over a few months that's meaningfully cheaper and less waste.
