Sourced direct, never grey-market
Everything we carry is bought through the brand's own supply, not diverted stock of unknown age or origin. That rules out a lot of the cheapest listings you'll see elsewhere, and it's the trade we're happy to make: we'd rather stand behind a shorter list than ship a box we can't vouch for.
The specs on the page have to be true
Every figure on a product page — capacity in millilitres, nicotine strength, rated puff count — has to match what the manufacturer actually states. If we can't confirm a number, it doesn't go up. That's why some product pages are shorter than the marketing: we'd rather leave a field blank than guess.
It has to earn a repeat order
- Does it do something the range doesn't already cover, or is it a fifth version of a device we already stock?
- Is it a product people come back for, or a one-time novelty that sits in the corner?
- Can support answer real questions about it without hand-waving?
Why a small catalogue helps you
A tighter range means the comparison pages can actually put two real options side by side, support knows every product cold, and the thing you reorder is still there next month. When the answer to "which should I get" is genuinely the cheaper one, we can tell you that — because we're not trying to move a warehouse.
